CapsuleCRM for Jira makes it possible to view the contact information of a issue reporter as listed in your CapsuleCRM
enivornment. This information is automatically retrieved from the Capsule CRM database configured by your administrator.



CapsuleCRM for Jira allows users to quickly add or edit contact information to the CapsuleCRM database by clicking on
the "add" button if no information is present or the "edit in Capsule" button if contact information is present.
